The Foundation Act provides, for the establishment of a Foundation by someone authorized to carry on trust or corporate business under the relevant laws of the Federation. The Financial Services Regulation Order Seventh Schedule Seventh Schedule provides for a Lawyer, Accountant or anyone so qualified to incorporate Foundations
