The Articles of a Foundation provides the legal framework of the Foundation, outlining its beneficiaries, bylaws, the Councilors. The Articles provide guidelines as to how the Foundation will be managed.

Articles of Association of a foundation which are delivered to the Registrar shall be in English language and shall be in such form and contain such particulars as are set out in the act.
