Subject to the provisions of the Act, a Foundation has the capacity, rights, powers and privileges of an individual person.

The Councilors of a foundation shall observe any limitations on their powers flowing from the Articles of the foundation, and any action beyond the powers of the articles, may only be ratified by the Foundation by resolution of the founder or guardian.
