The Directors of a Credit Union shall present to the members at every annual meeting of the Credit Union:
- Comparative Financial Statements;
- The Report of the Auditor; and
- Any further information respecting the financial position of the Credit Union.
A Credit union shall send to the Registrar of Credit Unions a copy of the financial statements, auditor’s report and management letter within ten days prior to the annual general meeting of the Credit Union.
