Subject to Section 4 (1) of the Money Services Business Act Cap 21 .21, the Financial Services Regulatory Commission (FSRC) wishes to advise the General Public that CaribePay Solutions (SK) Limited is currently not licensed by the FSRC.  The Company is therefore not authorized to conduct any business in St. Kitts and Nevis.
