Should any of the following changes take effect, Trustees must apply for the registration of the amendment within 21 days of the amendment.

1. The Trust Deed and/or the Rules of a registered Plan change/amend
2. The address of the registered plan changed
3. The name and/or addresses of the trustees of the registered plan

**Please note that any amendment to the Trust Deed or the Rules, or both, of a registered plan, must be registered in order to be considered valid. (Section 189)
